Ingredients:
- 1 liter vodka
- 30 g juniper berries
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp white peppercorns
- 2.5 cm ginger
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 5 cardamom pods
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1/2 lemon peel
- 10 sprigs of lavender
- 1 lime
- a few sprigs of rosemary
Preparation:
- Make your own gin: In this article, we'll show you exactly how to make your own sous vide gin and tonic . Follow that recipe, then come back to this page to smoke the gin.
- Smoking the gin: Place the glasses filled with gin & tonic under the smoke dome . Fill the smoking gun or smoke gun with smoke dust. We choose an apple wood dust here, but you can also try other flavors . Smoke for about 20 seconds until the dome is completely filled with smoke. Let the smoke soak in for about 10 minutes. Serve with a wedge of lime, rosemary and ice.
