Smoked gin and tonic

  • 1 liter of vodka
  • 30 g juniper berries
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp white peppercorns
  • 2.5 cm ginger
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass
  • 5 cardamom pods
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 1/2 lemon peel
  • 10 sprigs of lavender
  • 1 lime
  • a few sprigs of rosemary


  1. Make your own gin -

    In this article we will show you exactly how to make your own sous vide gin and tonic . Follow that recipe and then come back to this page to smoke the gin.

  2. Smoking the gin -

    Place the glasses filled with gin & tonic under the smoke dome . Fill the smoking gun or smoking gun with smoke moth. We choose an apple wood moth here, but you can also try other flavors. Smoke for approximately 20 seconds until the bell is completely filled with smoke. Let the smoke absorb for about 10 minutes. Serve with a wedge of lime, rosemary and ice.
