Ingredients
- 1 liter of vodka
- 30 g juniper berries
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp white peppercorns
- 2.5 cm ginger
- 1 stalk of lemongrass

Smoking the gin
Place the glasses filled with gin and tonic under the smoke dome . Fill the smoking gun with wood dust . We've chosen apple wood dust here, but you can try other flavors as well. Smoke for about 20 seconds until the dome is completely filled with smoke. Let the smoke steep for about 10 minutes. Serve with a lime wedge, rosemary, and ice.
