Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of sweet potato

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    Start by washing and peeling the sweet potato. Then cut the sweet potato into equal slices and place them on the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    Preheat the drying oven to 52 degrees. When the dehydrator is preheated, place the rack with the sweet potato in the oven. Wait 2 to 4 hours for the sweet potato to dry. Once the sweet potato has dried, store it in a closed jar.
