Ingredients:

  • 2 kilos of zucchini

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    Start by washing the zucchini. Then cut the zucchini into equal slices. Place the cut slices on the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    Preheat the drying oven to 57 degrees. When the oven is preheated, place the rack in the oven. Drying the zucchini takes 6 to 10 hours. After drying for 6 hours, check whether the zucchini has already dried. As soon as the zucchini is completely dried, remove the rack from the drying oven and let the zucchini slices cool. Store it in a glass jar.
