Ingredients:

  • 2 kilos of zucchini

Preparation:

  1. Preparation: Start by washing the courgettes. Then cut the courgettes into equal slices. Place the cut slices on the rack of the dehydrator.
  2. Drying: Preheat the dehydrator to 57 degrees. When the oven is preheated, place the rack in the oven. Drying the zucchini takes 6 to 10 hours. Check after 6 hours of drying to see if the zucchini is already dried. Once the zucchini is completely dried, remove the rack from the dehydrator and let the zucchini slices cool. Store in a glass jar.
