Preheat the dehydrator to 57 degrees Celsius (135 degrees Fahrenheit). Once the oven is preheated, place the rack inside. The zucchini will dry for 6 to 10 hours. Check after 6 hours to see if the zucchini is dry. Once the zucchini is completely dry, remove the rack from the dehydrator and let the zucchini slices cool. Store in a glass jar.
