Cut the lemons into thin slices of about 4 millimeters. Make sure the lemon slices are evenly thick so they all dry evenly. Then place them on the baking sheet in the dehydrator.

Drying

Preheat the dehydrator to 57 degrees Celsius. Once the oven is preheated, place the rack inside. After 9 hours, the lemon slices will be dry. Wait until the slices have cooled completely. Then store the lemon slices in a sealed container.
