  • 4 eggplants


  1. Preparation -

    Wash the eggplants. Then you start cutting the eggplants. Cut slices of about 3 millimeters. Place the slices on the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    Preheat the drying oven to 60 degrees. Place the rack with the eggplant slices in the dehydrator. After 2 hours it is time to remove the eggplant from the oven. Wait until it has cooled and store the dried eggplant in a sealed container.
