  • 1 kilo of beets


  1. Preparation -

    Wash and peel the beets. Then cut the beets into equal slices and divide them over the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    Preheat the drying oven to 48 degrees. When the dehydrator is preheated, place the rack in the oven. After 8 hours, check whether the beets are completely dried.

    The beets may take a little longer to dry completely. Then place the rack back in the oven and wait until it has completely dried. Once the beets are completely dried, remove the rack from the oven and let the beets cool. Then store the beets in a sealed container.
