  • 1 kilo beets

Preparation:

  1. Preparation: Wash and peel the beets. Then cut the beets into equal slices and divide them over the rack of the dehydrator.

The beets may need a little more time to dry completely. Then place the rack back in the oven and wait until it is completely dry. Once the beets are completely dry, remove the rack from the oven and let the beets cool. Then store the beets in a sealed container.
