  • 1 kilo tomatoes
  • 100 ml olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    Wash the tomatoes. Then cut tomatoes into 4 quarters. Mix the sliced ​​tomatoes with olive oil. If necessary, add some fresh herbs and garlic for some extra flavor. Let it marinate for a while and then place the tomatoes on the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    When the oven is 60 degrees you can place the rack with the tomatoes in the oven. Wait 4 to 12 hours for the tomatoes to dry. Then remove the rack from the oven and let the tomatoes cool. You can store the dried tomato in a sealed container.
