  • 1 kilo of tomatoes
  • 100 ml olive oil

Wash the tomatoes. Then cut them into quarters. Mix the chopped tomatoes with olive oil. Add some fresh herbs and garlic for extra flavor, if desired. Let them marinate briefly, then place the tomatoes on the rack in the dehydrator.

Drying

When the oven reaches 60 degrees Celsius, place the rack with the tomatoes in the oven. Wait 4 to 12 hours for the tomatoes to dry. Then remove the rack from the oven and let the tomatoes cool. You can store the dried tomatoes in a sealed container.
