Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo tomatoes
  • 100 ml olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Preparation: Wash the tomatoes. Then cut the tomatoes into 4 quarters. Mix the chopped tomatoes with olive oil. If desired, add some fresh herbs and garlic for some extra flavor. Let it marinate for a while and then place the tomatoes on the rack of the dehydrator.
  2. Drying: When the oven is 60 degrees, you can place the rack with the tomatoes in the oven. Wait 4 to 12 hours until the tomatoes are dried. Then remove the rack from the oven and let the tomatoes cool down. You can store the dried tomato in a sealed package.
