Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of peach

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    Start by washing the peaches. You can eat the skin, but the skin will become tough when you dry the peaches. So it's better to peel the peaches. Then you cut them into equal slices. Place the peach slices on the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    As soon as the dehydrator is preheated, place the rack with the peach in the dehydrator. Drying the peaches can take more than 30 hours. So check in between to see how things are going. When the peaches have dried, remove the rack from the oven and let the peaches cool. Then you store it in a closed jar.
