Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of kale

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    Start by washing the kale. You can choose to add fresh herbs and/or salt and pepper for extra flavor. Place the kale pieces on the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    When the oven is preheated, place the rack with the kale in the dehydrator. Wait 10 to 12 hours for the kale to dry completely. Once it is completely dried, let the kale cool. Store the dried kale in a tight container.
