  • 2 kilos of mango


  1. Preparation -

    Remove the peel from the mango. Then cut the mango into thin slices and place them on the rack of the dehydrator.

  2. To dry -

    Preheat the drying oven to 57 degrees. Place the rack with the mango in the drying oven and wait 5 hours. After 5 hours the mango has dried and let it cool. Once the dried mango has cooled, you can store it in a glass jar.
