Preparation:
- Preparation: Remove the skin from the mango. Then cut the mango into thin slices and place them on the rack of the dehydrator.
- Drying: Preheat the drying oven to 57 degrees. Place the rack with the mango in the drying oven and wait 5 hours. After 5 hours the mango is dried and you let it cool down. When the dried mango has cooled down you can store it in a glass jar.
