  • 1 kilo banana

Preparation:

  1. Preparation: Peel the bananas. Then cut the bananas into equal slices. Place the banana slices on the rack of the dehydrator. Sprinkle the banana slices with some lemon juice to prevent the banana from turning brown.
  2. Drying: Preheat the dehydrator to 57 degrees. Place the rack with the banana slices in the dehydrator for 10 hours. After 10 hours, the banana is dried and you let it cool down well. When the dried banana has cooled down, you can store it in a glass jar.
