  • 1 kilo of banana


  1. Preparation -

    Peel the bananas. Then cut the bananas into equal slices. Place the banana slices on the rack of the dehydrator. If necessary, sprinkle the banana slices with some lemon juice to prevent the banana from turning brown.

  2. To dry -

    Preheat the drying oven to 57 degrees. Place the rack with the banana slices in the drying oven for 10 hours. After 10 hours the banana has dried and let it cool thoroughly. Once the dried banana has cooled, you can store it in a glass jar.
