Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo carrots

Preparation:

  1. Preparation: Start by washing the carrots. Peel the carrots and then cut them into slices of 3 to 5 millimeters thick. Place the carrot slices on the rack of the dehydrator.
  2. Drying: Preheat the drying oven to 57 degrees. When the drying oven is preheated, place the rack in the oven. After 8 hours, remove the rack from the oven and let the carrot cool. Store the dried carrot in a glass jar.
