You can heat and circulate up to 12 liters of water in this polycarbonate sous vide container. The big advantage compared to your own pans: the container is deep enough that any sous vide device fits in it. Additional visual advantage: you can see exactly how your sous vide dish is doing. Comes with a handy matching lid. With this handy sous vide lid you avoid losing a lot of water from the sous vide water bath and having to refill it every time. A perfectly fitting lid for our 12 liter sous-vide water containers with a recess that is suitable for all sous-vide sticks with a round heating tube up to around 65mm. By using a lid, less steam will escape, meaning you won't have to refill water as often and your water bath will maintain a better temperature.
