When the meat is cooked for a long time at a low temperature, this ensures a mouth-watering result. Ingredients:
- 4 short ribs
- Pepper
- Salty
- Oil
Preparation:
- Get everything ready: Take a pan or sous vide container and fill it with water. Set the sous vide device to 74 °C and let the water heat up.
- Seasoning: Season the short rib with salt, pepper, olive oil and place them in the sous vide bags.
- Cooking: Once the water is at temperature, let the short rib cook for at least 14 hours. For an even more tender result, you can cook it for 24 hours.
- Finishing: Remove the wrapped short rib from the water. Dry the short rib well before baking it. Bake the short rib in a pan with oil or on the barbecue so that it gets a golden brown crust.
