  • 4 short ribs
  • Pepper
  • Salty
  • Oil


  1. Get everything ready -

    Take a pan or sous vide container and fill it with water. Set the sous vide device to 74 °C and let the water heat.

  2. Flavor -

    Season the short rib with salt, pepper, olive oil and put them in the sous vide bags .

  3. Yarn -

    Once the water is at the right temperature, let the short rib cook for at least 14 hours. For an even more tender result, you can let it cook for 24 hours.

  4. Finish -

    Remove the wrapped short rib from the water. Dry the short rib thoroughly before frying it. Fry the short rib in a pan with oil or on the barbecue so that it gets a golden brown crust.
