Ingredients
- 45 ml whiskey
- half a lemon
- 15 ml red wine
- 1 egg
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- fresh fruit (optional)
Preparation
Cocktail
Separate the egg whites from the yolks in a small bowl. Add the whiskey and the sugar syrup to a shaker . Squeeze half a lemon with a lemon squeezer and add it. Then add the egg white. Shake the cocktail well in the shaker, add some ice, and repeat until a layer of foam forms. Pour into a tall glass, filling it two-thirds full. Then top up with red wine.
Cold smoking
Fill the smoking gun with smoke dust. Place the cocktail under the dome and insert the hose through the side of the dome. Turn on the smoking gun and fill the dome with smoke. Let it smoke for 20 seconds and then turn it off. Let the smoke steep for about 10 minutes. Serve the cocktail with a skewer of fresh fruit.
