Smoked New York Sour

  • 45 ml of whiskey
  • half lemon
  • 15 ml red wine
  • 1 egg
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • fresh fruit (optional)


  1. Cocktail -

    Separate the egg white from the egg yolk in a small bowl. Add the whiskey together with the sugar syrup in a shaker. Squeeze half a lemon with a squeezer and add it. Then also add the egg white. Shake the cocktail well in the shaker cup, add some ice and do this again until a foam layer is formed. Pour into a wide glass up to 2/3 of the glass. Then add to the red wine.

  2. Cold smoking -

    Fill the smoking gun or smoking gun with smoke moth. Place the cocktail under the smoke dome and place the hose through the side of the smoke dome. Turn on the smoking gun and fill the bell jar with smoke. Then let smoke for 20 seconds and turn off the device. Let the smoke infuse for about 10 minutes. Serve the cocktail with a stick with fresh fruit.
