Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of radishes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 0.5 tbsp black pepper
  • knob of butter

Preparation:

  1. Preparation -

    Wash the radishes and cut off the sides. Then cut the radish in half. Season with salt and pepper and place everything in a vacuum bag with a knob of butter.

  2. Yarn -

    Vacuum seal the bag and place in the water bath for 45 minutes at 83 degrees. Then remove from the bag and serve as a side dish or snack.

    You can also cook the radishes 2 degrees lower and then grill them in a hot pan for 1 minute.
