Ingredients

  • 300 grams tagliatelle
  • 200 grams fresh salmon fillet
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 ml cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Preparation method

  • Cooking pasta:
  • Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package until 'al dente'. Drain and set aside.

  • How to prepare salmon:
  • Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the pan, let rest, then break into large pieces.

  • Making sauce:
  • In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil and fry the garlic until golden brown. Add the spinach and stir fry until wilted. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • To combine:
  • Add the tagliatelle and salmon pieces to the sauce and mix well. Leave on low heat for another 2 minutes so that the flavors mix well.

  • To serve:
  • Serve in deep plates, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh dill if desired.
