Ingredients
- 4 apricots
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 100 g muesli mix
- 1 pack of yogurt
- 4 Bastogne biscuits
- dash of disaronno amaretto (optional)
- half an orange peel
Preparation
The preparation
Grab your sous vide container and fill it with water. Then place the sous vide appliance inside the container and set it to 85 degrees Celsius. While it's preheating, we can start preparing the apricots.
Cutting
Remove the pits and halve the apricots. Peel half an orange. Add this to the sous vide bag along with the honey and apricots. Optional: add a dash of amaretto to the bag.
Yarn
Cook the apricots at 85 degrees Celsius (185 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25 minutes. Remove the bag from the water and slice the apricots. Sprinkle some brown sugar over the apricots and torch it with a kitchen torch . If you don't have a kitchen torch, briefly place the apricots in the oven to melt the sugar.
Serve
Serve the apricots with yoghurt, muesli and crumble one Bastogne biscuit (per person) over it.
