Want to make a healthy snack? Then try preparing sous vide radishes. Radish has a slightly spicy taste and is full of vitamin C. Ideal for in a salad or as a snack.


  • 400 grams radishes
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 0,5 tbsp. black pepper
  • lump butter


  1. Preparation

    Wash the radishes and cut off the sides. Then cut the radish in half. Season with pepper and salt and place everything in a vacuum bag with a knob of butter.

  2. Cooking

    Vacuum the bag and place in the water bath for 45 minutes at 83 degrees. Then remove from the bag and serve as a side dish or snack.


    You can also cook the radishes 2 degrees lower and then grill them in a hot pan for 1 minute.
