  • 100 gr strawberries
  • 1 tbsp apple juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 basil leaves
  • black pepper (optional)


  1. Preparation

    Wash the strawberries and remove the crown. Then cut the strawberries in half.

  2. Yarn

    Add the strawberries, apple juice, honey, basil and black pepper (optional) in a sous vide bag. Cook for 15 minutes at 80 degrees.

  3. Serving

    After 15 minutes, remove the bag from the water and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with liquid on panna cotta, vanilla ice cream, cake or more!
