Sous vide pioneers
Every cook sets the bar higher and higher. So do we. In our search for the best cooking techniques, we came across sous-vide cooking abroad, sometimes also referred to as vacuum cooking. We were immediately impressed with the results we achieved. Time after time we achieved perfect doneness. And that without any effort. Our surprise was therefore great when it turned out that there was no affordable sous vide equipment for sale in our country. Six years ago, we were the first Dutch company to bring sous vide to the Netherlands. Our goal was to make this professional cooking technique available to consumers. Demanding home cooks who strive for the very best end result. In our opinion we succeeded with Souvy.
Experience sous vide cooking
Cooking with sous vide is all about precision. The temperature of the hot water must remain constant for a long time. By giving the ingredient - for example a good piece of meat, poultry, fish or vegetables - time to cook sous-vide, the core will reach the optimum temperature. With this easy technique, you will always have the perfect cuisson, as a professional would say.
