With which carrier will the package be delivered?
Both your letterbox package as a standard package will be delivered with PostNL.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time of the products contains a maximum of five working days. We strive for a maximum of five working days. This only applies to the payment methods iDeal, Credit card and PayPal. In case of a bank transfer, the package will be sent within five working days after the money has been received on the account. The bank transfer takes on average two to three working days, depending on the processing time of your bank.
On which days do you deliver?
PostNL delivers the packages on Tuesday to Saturday. These are the days you can expect your package.
How much are the shipping costs in the Netherlands, Belgium and surroundings?
All orders above €50 in the Netherlands will be delivered for free. Shipping costs for orders under €50 in the Netherlands are:
- For just a bin, multiple bags, book: €5.95
- For the above products combined up to €50: €5,95
All orders over €100 in Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg will be delivered for free. Shipping costs for orders under €100 in Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg are:
- For all products: €8.95
How much are the shipping costs outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
When you order from a country outside the Netherlands or Belgium, the shipping costs are often higher.
Please note that the promised delivery time only applies to the Netherlands and Belgium. It may be that your package takes a little longer.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home, in most cases your package will be delivered to one of your immediate neighbours. If this also fails, you will receive a note with a "no-home code": With this code you can indicate on the same day until 22.00 hours where and when you want your package delivered for the second time. You can choose from the following options:
- Delivery on another day (can be planned up to 6 days in advance);
- Monday to Friday evening at your home between 18.00 and 21.30 (€ 1.95 extra);
- At one of the 2,600 PostNL locations throughout the Netherlands. You can collect your shipment from 15:00 the next day;
- At one of the 400 selected PostNL locations where you can pick up the parcel from 8.30 am the next day (€ 1.95 extra);
- In the Pakketautomaat (parcel machine) at a number of large NS railway stations and Schiphol Plaza.
Do I have to sign for a package?
No, you do not have to sign for your package. If you do, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I track my package?
Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code through the specified email. If you have not received this code, please contact us at email@example.com. We will arrange the correct Track & Trace code for you as soon as possible.
How can I trace my package?
By using the Track & Trace code you can track your package via the link in the mail.
Can I choose a different delivery time?
Unfortunately you can not choose a special delivery time, unless you have missed the delivery already once. (See What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?) However, you can use the mail - firstname.lastname@example.org - indicate what day you want to receive it. Then we ensure that the delivery is postponed to a certain delivery date.
Note: If the order is already created at PostNL, we can not do anything about the delivery time. So if you want this, you must be quick to pass this through the mail address.
I did not receive everything, what now?
If you get the package at home, but there are products missing: Not to worry. Report it directly to us and we will check if everything went well. If you are entitled to a product that has not been sent, you will of course receive it free of charge.
Can I have my package delivered to a PO Box address?
Yes, that is no problem at all. Please note that the maximum weight that can be delivered to a PO Box is 12 kilograms. Since few of our products are that heavy, this will probably not be a problem.
